Our Hero couldn't afford a lance
So naturally, he's using his face
CONTROLS
- Space to move
- Aiming is by your speed, going fast aims up, slowing down aims down.
- Space to duck in slowmo
Tilts means running past your enemy, tilting your lance at each other. The aim of the game is to beat it in as few tilts as possible.
Art asserts are all drawn by me, except for the UI buttons and panels I used

cool game <3, pretty much polished
Your idea is hilarious. It feels kinda like QWOP in a way? I like the art. I think you might have an infinite loop after killing the chicken.
I'm getting Target object freed before starting, aborting Tweener in the console.
ah crumbs I changed it to a release build last night for the first time, it seemed debug builds were happy to ignore that error! Thanks for pointing it out, will fix asap!
And yeah Foddy who made QWOP had another game where you just ran and jumped over hurdles which was definitely a big inspiration for this.

Day 3 build:
It's fun. Looking forward to the final build.
It's not clear what determines how much damage the player takes so a little frustrating at times. After level 5 upgrade, the player health bar stopped refilling and the game stopped giving gold no matter how many enemies were defeated.
Bonus gold for headshots could be a nice addition.

At the moment the dodging mechanic isn't implemented so yeah the damage doesn't really make sense yet. Great to hear about that bug thanks!
